Inn Policies

General Policies:

Rooms are single or double occupancy and subject to state, local and county sales tax. Additional person (maximum two) limited to only Angelica Suite during  midweek, non-holiday periods and pre-arrangement only - $25 per extra person.  Orchid Suite is limited to six guests.

Two night minimum stay required if Saturday night is included (May - October) and Holiday Weekends. Friday's can be booked alone.  Click on Check Availability below for open Saturdays. Three night minimum during some holiday periods and special events.

Victorian Treasure is  a NON SMOKING Inn.  For your comfort, smoking is NOT permitted on the verandas, porches or in any building.

No pets please.

Our check in time is after 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.


Deposit Policy:

Pre payment of one night or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, will guarantee your reservation. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.   Deposit is required within seven (7) days of making reservation.


Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your reservation, 14 days cancellation notice is required to receive a refund. If you must cancel with less than 14 days notice you are financially responsible for any nights not rebooked.  A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.  For late cancellations, please contact the Inn directly at 1 800 859 5199.
