        NATIONAL ROMANCE MONTH

August is one of our favorite months here at the Inn.  Not only is it full from beginning to end with fun summer activities, but it's also National Romance Month!  And, as you know, romance is our specialty!

 

If you need an excuse to celebrate romance a full six months before Valentine's Day, come see us and enjoy South Central Wisconsin's warm sunny days and beautiful evenings.  Spend your days hiking or biking in Devil's Lake State Park or exploring the great activities such as Taliesin, House on the Rock, Mustard Museum, Little Norway, Cave of the Mounds, and of course, our favorite, Wollersheim Winery.  At night, enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner with our dinner package at Green Acres Restaurant or at one of the other area restaurants, take a walk through scenic Lodi or ride on the Ferry and take in the beauty of a summer sunset and then return to your room for a relaxing whirlpool.  In the morning, feast on one of our homemade breakfasts and get ready to do it all over again!         VICTORIAN TREASURE TO EXPAND AND ADD NEW GUEST HOUSE

We are excited to announce the expansion of the Inn!  A 1928 Craftsman style bungalow home across the street from the Inn has been acquired and will be available for your enjoyment starting in October.  There will be three phases to the project.  Phase 1 will be complete by October and will consist of the entire first floor being available for your next stay.  Phase 1 will consist of two bedrooms, sitting area, whirlpool, separate bath with shower, tub and vanity and a kitchen.  A third bedroom will be available for those needing an extra bed.  Amenities will include a King Bed, Fireplace, Whirlpool, and kitchen area for use.  In Phase 1 families with children can stay in the home and have breakfast delivered to the guest house (will be known as Zoellner Guest House).  During 2004, we will have a special weekend rate of $250 per night for two bedrooms or $295 with three bedrooms.   Weekday rates will be $199 per night for two bedrooms or $225 for three bedrooms.  Reservations can be placed starting immediately.  Check the website often for photos of the new accommodations as the restoration and remodeling begin.   

Next year, Phase II will be completed.  At that time,  the first floor will be split in two suites, each with whirlpool and fireplace.  Phase III will commence the following year when the 2nd story is converted into another deluxe sutie.

It is hard to believe we are already talking fall,  however, we are already experiencing many reservations for fall.  A couple of big events this fall are the Wollersheim Grape Stomp in October and the leaves changing color during mid and late October.   Click here to make a reservation or check availability!!

VICTORIAN TREASURE LIMO TO SPECIAL EVENTS

 

The Inn's limo is available at special guest rates for your travels to Badger games or a relaxing trip to Wollersheim Winery.  And remember, we always have the Dinner Package which includes limo service.  If you are interested in the limo for any event, please notify the Inn prior to your arrival for preferred booking times.
