Places to Go Monthly Series - Spring Green

Every month we will feature an area close to the Inn with activities for you to visit

on your Romantic Stay at the Inn.   This month we will feature the activities in and around

the Spring Green area.  Spring Green is located just 40 minutes from the Inn.

AMERICAN PLAYERS THEATRE:    Current play: The Play's The Thing
Spend a gorgeous summer’s eve in a castle overlooking the Italian Riviera, circa 1920.

Meet a famed playwright, his lifelong collaborator and the composer of their new operetta.

He’s due to marry the show’s diva, rumored to be joining him here. But then, oh my word,

an impassioned conversation overheard from a neighboring bedroom. That’s absurd!

Disbelief. Then shock. Worlds come crashing in, all is lost. The new show, the marriage-to-be,

the musical lad himself. Resigned to a perfectly odious, melodiously suicidal end. These

characters are magnetic. Such panache and dash. Flamboyance, extravagance.

What an absolutely splendid romp!   608- 588-2361

100+ year old plant. Our eco friendly "living machine" water treatment plant leads the way

and specialty cheeses and fresh curds.  800-200-6020, 608-546-5284

Frank Lloyd Wright® Taliesin & Visitor Center

you'll have the chance to linger in the Wright-designed Visitor Center.  It house the only operating

restaurant designed by Wright, and the ever-popular Taliesin® Bookstore. (877) 588-7900
