Green Acres Restaurant
Green Acres specializes in fresh, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and Certified Angus Beef® steaks. The restaurant is housed in a beautifully renovated 1870s stone farmhouse, with a lovely canopy-covered deck for seasonal outdoor dining and live jazz  performances. Located on the West side of Madison, the restaurant is only 20 miles from the Inn.  The restaurant features white linen, candlelight, historic building and excellent cuisine for a truly romantic dinner experience.  The extensive wine list features an international selection of wines and offer an impressive beer list and international top shelf liquors. Dorf Haus
Nestled in the quaint German village of Roxbury (14 miles from the Inn), an old world atmosphere awaits you at the Dorf Haus. Decorated with authentic antiques, paintings of famous German castles and Kings, and breathtaking stained glass, the Dorf Haus will enchant you. Their extensive menu offers a variety of authentic German and American specialties that will satisfy the most discriminating palate. The menu includes wiener schnitzel, sauerbraten, rouladen, & pork shank to prime rib, bar-b-que ribs, duck, & family style chicken.

Anchors Away Supper Club
Very scenic view of Lake Wisconsin. Favorite supper club of guests specializing in American Cuisine, featuring; Broasted Chicken (local favorite), Fish Fry, Steak, and Seafood (try the excellent fried lobster) . Located only four miles from the Inn on Lake Wisconsin.   Preferred seating for guests of the Inn. Closed Mondays December - March.

Fish Tales
Located on Lake Wisconsin, Fish Tails features excellent dining in a casual environment. Features a generous list of seafood, steaks and appetizers. Also excellent pork tenderloin and Chicken Oscar. Nice selection of wine and beer. Daily specials and diverse selection of deserts. Just seven miles from the Inn. Closed Mondays.

Green Acres
Green Acres serves patrons an American fare known for their lobster, seafood and steaks. Expect the average entrée to cost $12 to $20, and patrons for the most part dress casual. Very good selection of wines. Located in Sauk City, just 16 miles from the Inn.

Old Feed Mill
This restaurant emphasizes good basic Midwestern Food. This is home-cooking at its very best with choices that range from Chicken Pot Pie to Maple Glazed Smoked Pork. The Old Feed Mill was recently cited as the "best farm kitchen in the State". Located in Mazomanie, just 25 scenic miles from the Inn.

Willy and Teddy’s
This establishment is a located downtown Lodi just a short walk from the Inn. Willy & Teddy’s is a bar/restaurant featuring a Friday Fish Fry, shrimp and prime rib and excellent burgers. From the windows of the restaurant, you can view the local celebrity, Susie the Duck.

Roxbury Tavern

The Roxbury Tavern is a fun place to visit in nearby Roxbury.  You will be dine in a historic 1924 building in downtown Roxbury.  The Tavern is non-smoking featuring fine Wisconsin beer and specials every night of the week from Taco Tuesdays to Cajun Saturdays.  Or, you might want to enjoy a fantastic burger with homemade fries.  Closed Monday.

Blue Spoon Creamery Cafe
This café specializes in a diverse menu of sandwiches with home made bread including Focaccia and Bruschetta. Excellent soups, pizza and salads as well. Excellent fresh baked goods and Culver’s Frozen Custard for dessert. Located in downtown Prairie du Sac, just 11 miles from the Inn.

Lodi Coffee Roasters
For a special cup of java or ice cream cone, visit our favorite coffee shop. Coffee is roasted on premises featuring beans from the best coffee locations in the world. Coffee served at Victorian Treasure comes from this coffee shop with our own special blend. Also served are Lattes, Espresso, Cappuccino, malts, shakes and hand dipped cones. Located in Downtown Lodi.

Lousianne's
A great Cajun themed restaurant in Middleton, just 2o minutes from the Inn.  The restaurant features fine dining with candlelight and white linen tables.  Reservations are strongly suggested.  Excellent romantic restaurant with live Jazz Tuesdays - Saturdays.  Closed Sundays.  20 minutes from the Inn.

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse in Middleton, WI blends traditions of the past with the present.

Johnny's is reminiscent of the traditional 40's style supper clubs where everyone went for a good time and great food. Johnny's steaks take center stage, whether it be the classic Steak De Burgo, the ever-popular Drunken Steak or a thick choice steak char broiled to perfection. The Italian menu features well developed traditional entrees as well as some tasty and unique creations like the Veal Sinatra, Chef Andy's Homemade Rigatoni with a spicy tomato cream sauce, and the Chicken Parmigiano. 20 minutes from the Inn.  The Innkeepers give their steaks a 5 Star rating!!!!!

 

Eno Vino

Eno Vino Wine Bar and Bistro voted “Best New Restaurant” by Madison Magazine.  July 2005.

Eno Vino offers over 165 wines by the bottle and 40 by the glass as well as a full bar featuring their own Specialty Martinis and other Original Libations. The staff is knowledgeable and very willing to assist guests in choosing the perfect wine to compliment their food choices. The menu features decadent tapas (appetizers), salads, flatbreads and irresistible desserts all created by Chef Michael Peterson and Chef de Cuisine Jose Luis Granados.
