Victorian Treasure Inn, located in the small town
of Lodi, offers eight unique, antique-appointed guestrooms in two National
Historic Register Queen Anne Victorians and a 1928 Craftsman Guest House. Guests enjoy the gracious hospitality
and casual elegance of the 1897 Bissell Mansion - with a formal front
parlor, sitting room with original fireplace, and expansive wrap-around
veranda. The Bissell Mansion was built by renowned local architect-builder,
Carl Menes. The home features ornate leaded and stained glass windows,
five sets of pocket doors, combination gas-electric chandeliers, original
coal fireplace with Italian tile, hand carved mantle and original mirror
glass. All original features for this award winning Wisconsin Bed and
Breakfast Inn.
If you play the piano, feel free to sit down at the
original 1901 Cable Baby Grand Piano located in the inner parlor.
This unique piano was crafted from burled walnut.
You will enjoy a complimentary evening wine and cheese
reception in the parlors, and a candlelit, full gourmet breakfast served
in the formal dining room each morning. There are three guest accommodations
on the second floor of the Bissell Mansion, including one of our six
romantic whirlpool suites. |
The 1892 Hutson House is next door on the property
and features four romantic whirlpool suites with antique-mantle gas
fireplaces.
